We returned from the 2025 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) in Vegas, and WOW, what an event! This year’s show was the biggest in 17 years, and we couldn’t be more excited to have been part of it. The energy, the innovation, and the connections were all next level. The Las Vegas Convention Center was packed with over 81,000 construction pros all coming together to check out the latest and greatest in our industry, surrounded by over 1,800 exhibitors and 728,000+ square feet of exciting new products and technologies.
It’s always amazing to see how much innovation is happening in the residential construction world.
Learning and Growing Together
IBS 2025 wasn’t just about checking out new products (though, let’s be real, that was a highlight!). There were over 500 education sessions packed with valuable industry knowledge, plus live demos showing off new techniques and creative ways to use products. We left the show with tons of new ideas that will only make the homes we build even more awesome!
Two Shows, One Epic Experience
For the first time ever, IBS 2025 was co-located with the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS) as part of Design & Construction Week® (DCW). We had the chance to explore both shows, which we had never been able to do before. It made this the ultimate event for builders, remodelers, designers, and architects! They are reporting over 124,000 people from every corner of the industry were in attendance.
What’s Next?
We’re feeling super inspired by everything we learned at IBS 2025. The connections we made, the trends we discovered, and the knowledge we gained will definitely help take Jenkins Custom Homes to the next level. We can’t wait to bring these innovations into the custom homes we build for you in 2025 and beyond.
Want to see what we’ve been up to? Over the next couple of weeks, we will be breaking down the best of IBS 2025 (in our opinion), and how we plan to incorporate some of them into our next projects!
